Guys, I know its #WIAW but its also the Wednesday before I move into my new apartment, so I am short on time for blogging (even for the most important day of the week!)
Just know, as always, cottage cheese with TJ’s all natural creamy PB, chocolate whey and cinnamon is delish.
Crab, cheese, onions in an omelette is also quite phenom. You can make it into a quesadilla, and then decide to not eat the tortilla like me. But double up on French Toast Coffee..like me :)
Did you know that plain Greek yogurt from Stew Leonards is only 0.89 per container!Topped with toasted coconut and freeze fried raspberries from TJs = heaven.
My version of a bag of goodies includes broccoli, cauliflower, baby carrots, and orange slices!
Sometimes when I get home from work and I am starved, I’ll dip veggies in peanut butter… I love nut butters!
That chocolatey lump on a spoon is a sneak peak of a recipe I am working on for whey protein ice cream…definitely needs some work, but I did nosh on this yesterday!
Last but not least… what girl can eat an entire rack of ribs by herself?!? THIS GIRL. I love food! Paired with veggies (broccoli and Asian style slaw), who needs potato or starch anyway?
